Yeah, I’m not going to “give it a rest.” If you’re a loser who is content with mediocrity, then please take a step back. We’ve seen this program’s potential; we can be nationally relevant. Jank is a pathetic loser who needs to be replaced ASAP. Sorry if he’s your guitar buddy or something, but he’s gotta go.

There are one, maybe two, posters above who seem to understand this basic point.

Don’t worry! Everything is OK if Jank returns next season!

Give it a rest.[/quote]Is that you Tim........or Jay?

I thought he needed to go two years ago.

It's possible all arenas will remain ghost towns next year.

which brings up an interesting question. If trashovich's contract is based on calendar dates and there is no season next year then his contract will have expired before we play any more games.
Hence no buyout. Now for those that say he should be given an extra year the question is if there are no games and no season would he still be getting paid? If so then there would be no reason to let him continue.

I think he would still be paid, but if the argument for retaining him is the buyout then you fire him in a year even if no games are played.

If he is paid for the next year and no games then his contract has expired. right? In which case there is no buyout. If not paid- his contract has still expired based on the inception date and no reason to retain him.

I would be shocked if this thing is not over enough to lift restrictions by mid summer at the latest. There will be a basketball season in late 2020

I agree.

Look, I have been beating the drum on how bad this thing is going to be from the very beginning.

That said, it is the near term environment that is a major concern. As we add facilities/equipment and identify treatment drugs, the impact is mitigated to a certain extent. Whether the virus disappears in the summer or not, our ability to handle it when it comes back in the fall will be much improved. I don't expect cancellation of any fall activities.
