SMU men's basketball head coach Tim Jankovich met the media to discuss the Mustangs' loss to Boise State, the impact Covid has had on his team, including himself, and what he expects this offseason with the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Interesting thoughts that +/- 2,000 players could be in the transfer portal this year. Anyone have any idea how many normally throw their names in? If so, this year will amount to college free agency.

One positive of being eliminated from the NIT early is it gives Coach Jankovich and his staff a head start on looking at the many players in the portal.
