Coogs win by eight. Whew.

UCSD beats Cal and Montana State leading CU by eight but 15 minutes to go.

Wichita escapes JVille State at home but was only 8.5 pt favorite.

#13 Oregon beat TSU by 17.

Every AAC team that played last night won so that's a good start. In other games of interest, Tyson Jolly scored 19 in Iona's win vs App State. Oregon beat TX Southern 83-66 and Missouri beat Central Michigan 78-68. All of our future AAC opponents also won last night but most teams schedule down in their openers so losses can be shocking and sometimes huge upsets. How about Navy beating # 25 Virginia?

Future opponent Evansville beat IUPUI 60-40 last night

TCU came back to beat McNeese 77-61.

Hard to believe we don't play either TCU or UNT in hoops this year. Those games should be played every year along with UTA

Totally agree, although at least one game a year with UNT is coming here soon, unless we get the call up to a big boy conference.

If I remember correctly, not playing TCU is all on them. We wanted to play each year but they were afraid of hurting their recruiting by us beating them consistently.

Bacon struggled against TCU compared to what he did against us, and it really concerns me heading into the Oregon game.

USF & Tulsa join SMU with losses to Georgia Southern and Air Force, respectively, with both losses on AAC schools' home courts

UCF moves to 3-0 by winning 95-89 @ Miami (that's Miami of the ACC)

Tyson Jolly scores 16 points on 4-11 shooting as Iona moves to 2-0 with a 90-87 win vs Harvard. Could have used some of that scoring from Nutall last night in Oregon but still would not have mattered

Jolly averaging 19 pts, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and shooting 61.5% in 1st two games
