DISASTER in Wichita --- Sickening

Postby smuhype » Sun Feb 06, 2022 9:51 am

Just when I am back on board with this team we lay a major egg.

We looked lost in the first 5 minutes which doomed us --- we are not good enough to create that level of cushion.

Mark that effort --- that outcome along with the mess in JAX will doom us on NCAA chances.

Makes me sick heading into what would supposed to be a great Wednesday night @ Moody.

As long as Jank's on board the best we can hope for is being a bubble team for the NIT. He and the athletic director he rode to town on should be long gone.

Jank isn't going anywhere as long as Little Ricky is here, and Little Ricky

isn't going anywhere as long as Turner is here.

Sickening?!?! I hate to go down in flames as much as anybody, but in a typical hoops season, these games will happen, just ask ____________. We are 16-5, 7-2 in conf and contending, 11-0 at Moody, and have won 13 of our last 15...sickening?? I like this team. PonyUP! BEAT the Coogs!

No kidding. Disappointing - sure. But there is no Gonzaga in this league, nor is there a Northwestern State that can be assumed as a guaranteed win. Ponies have been better than most of us expected this year. Houston is a tall order tomorrow, but I can't wait

I think SMU has been worse than expected. The difference is that the American has been much worse than expected.

SMU used to be a “tall order”.
