Jackson State finally won another game and moves to 2-12 on the season after winning 67-66 @ Alcorn State. Takes the monkey off our backs as I would hate to think Jackson State's win @ Moody might be their only win this season...and it also shows how far this SMU team has come since that game. Would love to get "do overs" on some of those non-conference games right now

Wichita State wins 70-66 @ USF. SMU should be competitive against both of those teams

Tulane wins at home vs UCF 77-69. Both of those teams are pretty good and clearly better than our guys at this point

Tulsa up 41-27 @ Wichita State. Tulsa still looking for that 1st AAC win. This just tells me the lower level AAC teams are wildly inconsistent

Wichita State outscores Tulsa by 18 in the 2nd half to win 73-69 and keep Tulsa winless. Our guys better win in Tulsa next week

USF takes down UCF 85-72 in Tampa. When will this SMU team beat a good team, or does Utah State count? I'm still lookig for our guys to step up against one of the better AAC teams in Moody

Jeez, these announcers for the UC/Memphis game are horrible. The fawning over Penny is sickening.

Future AAC members are having some post season success with FAU playing in the Sweet 18, UNT headed to Las Vegas for the NIT semi-finals while UAB is playing their quarter-final game at Vanderbilt tonight for a chance to join UNT in Vegas. Charlotte very quietly won the CBI Championship today. It wasn't that long ago I remember getting excited about SMU winning a game in the CIT under Matt Doherty. Sure hope Lanier can right the ship SOON!

The U abused coog high and ut. If only we could raid them through the transfer portal like we did the football team! Future temporary conference mate FAU doing great. San Diego State in the final 4 makes them more attractive to the PAC 12 and, since they need to add 2 teams, who would be next in line
