What a disaster! 16-15 is looking to be a bit too optimistic. This is looking more like a 12 or 13 win team.

Based on what I've seen so far, I'm going to have to adjust my expectations and just hope this team can play better than .500 ball in AAC play in Moody. I'm definitely not expecting much success on the road and don't look for them to qualify for any post season tourney. Takes me back to the Doherty years when we were excited to play in the CIT after so many miserable seasons. I will try to be patient and hope they REALLY improve before conference play begins but we might see the return of only the 1500 loyalists in Moody if this keeps up.

After the opener, head coach Rob Lanier said Foster "isn't ready yet," and it looks like it ... but he's 7 feet tall and he can really run ... fast. That's a good starting point.
