Ambrose-Hylton goes for dunk ... a second after the shot clock buzzer. To add insult to injury, he took a forearm to the face from Lampkin.

Ambrose-Hylton looks solid. Not many Pony fans at the game. I wonder if the game is part of the TCU season ticket package or they just bought far more tickets. Of course the game’s in FW.

O'Bannon cans a 3 for TCU
More importantly, while lurking for a rebound, Lampkin hits the deck hard and rolls around, grabbing his right knee, before hobbling off.

Not sure. Late tip, TCU is a mile or two away, rain, TCU is ranked — adds up to more purple in the stands than red and blue.

I think it's presented as an independent tournament. Technically (in the scoring system), SMU is listed as the home team.

O'Bannon heads to rim for easy dunk — chased down from behind by Phelps, who fouls him during block attempt. O'Bannon wants (but does not get) intentional foul called on Phelps

Both FTs good
79-69
