Anxious to see this year's team. I'm cautiously optimistic this team will be much improved from last year when we didn't have much to get excited about. SAGU is a pretty good NAIA school so they shouldn't be taken for granted. They advanced to the 2nd round of the NAIA Tournament last year and after seeing Louisville lose to a D-II opponent already this year and remembering the early Dave Bliss years when SMU invited NAIA Rollins College to Moody and lost to them, I hope our guys are excited about this game and play hard for 40 minutes.

It wasn't Louisville, the ACC is too good for that. It was St. John's that lost to Pace University.

Louisville lost to KY Wesleyan but it was an exhibition game like I thought ours was tonight

Oh, I didn't catch that. I thought you confused Pitino's current team with his former team.

4100 attendance last night. Maybe reflective of some fans buying this year to lock in tickets for next year.

Next Tuesday should be solid with maybe 1000 Aggies.

I would think there will be a lot more Aggies than 1k and will expect this game to be close to a sellout. SMU fans need to show up to this one and try and get the crowd balance as close to 50% as possible. Should be a fun atmosphere like it was during the LB era.
