Bryson adds $1.3 mil for his sole 7th place finish at the Fed Ex Cup Championship giving him $7,426,415 on the season, good for 3rd on the money list

Three Mustangs in the Fortinet event this weekend. Kraft, Higgs and Smotherman.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

And it looks like only Smotherman will be making the cut this week

Higgs & Kraft missed the cut. Undoubtedly they were wanting to watch their Mustangs vs La Tech. Smotherman is 10 shots back and T-51st

Austin Smotherman with a "next to last" finish at one under for the week, but it will at least earn him an important paycheck. Wonder how many events he will be able to play as I assume he will grind hoping to become a regular on tour? I think he just made the Top 25 in last year's Korn Ferry Tour but I don't know if that means he has to be invited as part of the 140 usually entered or has to play Monday qualifiers to earn one of those spots. Anyone know how the tour operates?

Ryder Cup has to be one of my favorite golfing events to watch. Bryson & Scottie Scheffler's tie with Rahm & Hatton was a heck of a match after going back & forth all day. I wonder if Bryson will be paired again with Scheffler this afternoon? They made a good team.

Bryson and Scheffler with a huge win today puts the U.S. in a strong position to close out this year's Ryder Cup. We'll see who Bryson goes head to head with tomorrow. Tough course for Bryson to play on his own ball. Expect an up & down round.

Bryson gets Sergio in match # 4. Scheffler has to play Rahm in match # 3. Up 11-5 it would take a monumental choke by the U.S. to not win the cup this year.

Bryson was instrumental in the Ryder Cup win and the fans loved it. Plus Sergio was no match for him.

That drive on the first hole must have been tough for Sergio to watch. Driving a green that is 345 yards away.

And topping it off with a long putt for an eagle.

Harry is at minus 8 and T-17th, 6 shots back. Kelly withdrew but I'm not sure why
