We are going to kill Evansville tonight. Any predictions?

I'll say 6-0.

6-0 in soccer is a very one-sided victory. Are they that bad? Without knowing the team, I guessing 3-1 in favor of the Mustangs!

stang_fan, you got it:

#4 SMU Men's Soccer Shuts Out Evansville, 6-0

(10/22/2004) - DALLAS (SMU) - Despite rainy playing conditions, the fourth-ranked SMU men's soccer managed its third straight opponent shutout (and seventh of the season) with a 6-0 blanking of visiting Evansville Friday evening on the campus of SMU. With the win, SMU improves to 11-3 on the season and remain unbeaten in Missouri Valley Conference play (6-0) while the Purple Aces fall to 4-11-1 overall (2-4 MVC). The last time SMU scored six or more goals in a game took place on Sept. 20, 2002, as SMU defeated TCU, 8-0, (38 games ago).

I had my mask and snorkle out and made it through the game last night, and we looked good. Really good. At times the guys were sliding around so much it looked like they were playing on an ice rink. Pitching a shutout in those conditions is really remarkable (even against a team as bad as Evansville, and they were bad).

stang_fan, next time I go to Vegas, I want you there to make my bets -- that's spooky!

Great win! THat's all I care about. Evansville is pretty sorry this year. I believe they were pretty good last year. I recall them being mentioned as ranked a couple of times. I'm not sure what happened this year. That was a great guess though. I should buy lottery tickets this weekend.
