Last I heard, Ugo Ihemelu still had a shot (albeit an outside shot) of making the U.S. roster. I'd bet on 2010 for him.

Ugo is just beginning his career, and I saw quotes from a few players who said he already is one of the toughest defenders in MLS. He's got a great future.

Ugo Ihemelu didn't make it.
I wonder if Mynor Gonzalez will play for the Guatemalan team.

Ugo still fades in and out of games a bit. He has a ways to go before he can make the US team. He was brought into camp because of his athleticism, but his decision making and passing skills aren't at a high enough level yet.
Don't take that too hard though, keep in mind that the starting back 4 for the US this year play at: Charlton (Gibbs) - Fulham (Bocanegra) - Standard Liege (Gooch, rumored to be going to Man U) - Hannover 96 (Cherundolo, captain of his team in the Bundesliga).

Oh, a couple of other points...
- Ramone Nunez will be the star of the Honduras team for the next ten years. We will see if they ever make the World Cup.
- Ugo and LA play at Pizza Hut Park on Wednesday night at 7:30 if you want to watch him play. Tickets are only 10 bucks.
