According to the DMN's today, after being booted in the first round of the Conference USA tournament, Schellas required the entire team to sit and watch the remaining tournament games. He was quoted to the effect that the players need to learn to take responsibility for their level of play. Very true and the same logic could be applied to our revenue sports as well.
