Thanks for the posts and update. Disappointing result against the Longhorns.

Perhaps next year will be the break through and get us the Tournament win and automatic qualifer to National Tournament.

Great season and I appreciate this and other popular Club Sports getting coverage on Ponyfans. Since Lacrosse won't qualify for Varsity status due to Athletic Budget and IX Title concerns, LAX is rapidly becoming a near-varsity status on many college campuses.

The future, especially for Men's Sports, is more likely to be Club status.

thanks to everyone for their support. 825 views between the two threads is awesome. the lacrosse team has made great strides and its frustrating to turn out such great seasons of 10+ wins and have it result in anything less than a conference championship. but the positives are overwhelming, and the support from the school and SMU fans is there. Thank you all very much.
