It is sad that we have dropped to #70...behind TCU. What put them ahead of us is their rifle team...in fact their rifle team got more points (85) than any of their other teams. Whaahoo.

The only reason Froggy High got riflery points is because someone pointed a rifle at the folks giving out points.

Plus, the fact their baseball team is pretty good. I like their coach.

But Corp needs to look at the overall head-to-head of SMU vs. TCU in all sports from 2007-08.

I think TCU wins stop after football and women's tennis. The rest belong to us. Yes, football is the sexy one. But we kicked their fannys in a lot of other sports.

Nearly half of SMU's points were in sports that a lot of schools don't support (i.e., men's soccer, tennis and swimming). However, solid progress is being made in the other sports.
