Another game another win. 2-0. Game was over in the first few minutes. Ponies dominated posession. defense put in a good day, the keeper didn't have much to do.

Thanks! I have searched for this score since 5:30. Should have known I would find it first on PonyFans. Another solid win. Sunday will be a good test against CAL.

Since our own SID is very slow in posting soccer info,, this is from the Stanford site.

gk00dad, do you know if Geppart played against Stanford as listed in the game recap or did someone else use his number? Are the boys ready for CAL?

They beat a solid and chippy UVA team, a solid ODU team (which may win the CAA), and an always dangerous Stanford team. They should be ready to play well against Cal. So, far its looking like this team has a bit of a chip on its shoulder. 7 goals scored, one allowed. You always have a chance in soccer if you have a good defense. We seem to have a good defense.

Geppert is on a redshirt. I don't know whats going on with the inital stats or travel roster, but they are usually getting it corrected a couple of days later.
