Unsung MVP

Paulo da Silva is making defenses look silly trying to stop him, but in the games I've seen, the star has been Kekoa Osorio. He won't score much, but he controls the middle really well, sort of like a poor man's Ben Shuleva. Will be interesting to see how good he is before he graduates.

He's been terrific. Schellas liked him a lot in the spring, too, and thought he had a great season coming this year. He'll never get the hype he deserves unless he starts scoring more, but he's a vital part of the team on both ends of the field.

I thought he left the team after last year. Not true?

That was his cousin who left: Keoki Haole.

Osorio has quietly become one of the Ponies' key players.
