Colt earned $26,130 this weekend bringing this year's total to $966,709 and putting him over $3.3 million over his 9 year career. He's currently #92 on this year's money list. Kelly earned $10,725 boosting his 2015 earnings to $210,689 and bringing his career total to almost $400k (playing his 4th season). By comparison, Colt earned roughly twice as much as Kelly has during his 1st 4 years on tour. Kelly has one win this season and needs a strong finish on Web.com tour to earn an exemption to play with the big boys next year (that was a huge step for Colt when he finished in the Top 10 on the Nationwide Tour and earned his exemption). Kelly is currently #4 on Web.com money list

I believe (99% sure) Kraft is all but assured of landing a ticket to the big boy tour next season (there is no Q school anymore, top 25 get on). He has had a great season.

3.3 mil in 9 years is a tough way to sustain a life on tour unless you are landing really big endorsements. But he is playing golf as a job and is considered the 'social chair' of the tour so it sounds like he's having fun.

coming into this week, Colt has earned $1,044,209 and is #85 on the PGA money list; his best year so far on tour. Kelly has earned $220,158 and is #7 on the Web.com money list. The top 25 Web.com finishers earn their tour cards and a chance to play for big money next year. Both are playing again this week.

But why does Colt still list the Texas Longhorns as his favorite football team on the PGA Tour bio page? Does that not seem strange for a former scholarship recipient ?

Plenty of current and past SMU students would say their favorite team is another school.

both guys playing the Shriners in Las Vegas this week. Colt at minus 2 after 36 holes and Kelly at minus 4 and still on the course. Both guys have a shot at making the cut, although Colt is going to be right at the cut line if he's lucky. They both played last week with Colt earning another $20k and Kelly missing the cut

Kraft went bogey, double bogey on 17/18 to miss the cut by one. Tough.

got to get tougher mentally and put the bad holes and fear of missing cuts behind him
