The job vacancy notice on the SMU Human Resources site closed last week.
Is there any news about who might replace Jim Stillson who is retiring?

I believe she was an all conference diver at SMU and perhaps an all American diver -
someone could confirm that for me. Did she dive in the Olympics?

"Wilson Klein, one of the most accomplished divers in SMU history, competed for the Mustangs from 1987-91. Wilson Klein was a two-time NCAA champion, eight-time All-American and six-time Southwest Conference champion. During her tenure at SMU, she was named the 1991 NCAA Diver of the Year and the 1991 Texas Woman of the Year award. She was a three-time U.S. Diving Outdoor champion with a pair of 3m titles (1990 & 1991) and a 1m victory in 1990. Wilson Klein founded the G.C. Diving team in 1994, the No. 1-ranked competitive dive team in the United States and currently serves as head coach. Krista's sons Bryce and Carson are currently members of the SMU swimming and diving program."

Since it doesn't mention the Olympics, I assume she didn't participate in them.

Former NCAA All-American and Big Ten Diver of the Year Darian Schmidt has been tabbed to lead the SMU men’s and women’s diving programs.

Schmidt comes to the Hilltop after a season at American Athletic Conference member East Carolina, where he coached four Pirates to the NCAA Zone B Championships, one school record, 11 AAC Finals appearances and 11 career-best performances. On the men’s side, ECU won the AAC title.

Thanks Digety - I knew she had been sensational. I had seen her dive a few times
but couldn't remember the details.
