Women's soccer opener this Friday
Posted: Wed Aug 23, 2000 2:26 pmThe Mustangs open Friday at 7 against Baylor at Westcott Field. In years past, this would have been a 12-0 laugher for the Mustangs, but Baylor High's not too bad, and should be a very good test for SMU.
The Mustangs are ranked 15th in the preseason NSCAA poll, and are primed for a very good year. This is the only home event Friday night, and they can use all our support.
I'll be there to cheer them on -- who else is going to be there?
