Two weeks in a row I have tuned in only to see Bryson need to hit a second tee shot on a par five after last week losing a ball and yesterday hitting out of bounds. I need to find a better time to start watching.

Bryson right in the thick of things again this week in Detroit. A very steady minus 5 second round (compared to yesterday's roller coaster ride) has him at minus 11 and 2 shots off the lead. Meanwhile, Harry's 5 under is right at the cut line with enough guys still on the course to possibly move the line to minus 6 and cost Harry a check this week.

Bryson finished strong today with birdies at 17 & 18 to get to 16 under and 3 shots off the lead. Definitely has a good shot at another win tomorrow.
Harry blew up with a 78 and is running last among the weekend qualifiers and currently 5 shots behind the 2 guys tied for 68th. Still going to get a check which is more than 70 other players can say...a group that includes Bubba Watson, Jason Day & Patrick Reed among other "name" players

I guess Bryson should not have taken a break. Missed the cut this week as did Higgs.
Edit: just realized Bryon took a 10 on #15 par 5 which led to his downfall.

After another good week at the PGA and climbing to # 3 on the money list with close to $5 mil this season, Bryson is skipping the Wyndham in Greensboro this week but Harry Higgs is playing. At # 77 on the money list with right at $1 mil so far, Harry is having his best year since turning pro in 2014

Ollie Osborne is in the quarterfinals of the US Amateur today, teeing off shortly (but it will be on the Golf Channel starting at 6). He absolutely destroyed his Round of 16 opponent last night, with the other guy conceding down 7-and-5.
