Guys are absolutely destroying the Summut Club in Vegas this week at the relocated CJ Cup event. Harry Higgs is playing and is minus 6 thru 15 holes with leader Robert Streb (former K-State golfer) at minus 11 after his 1st round 61

Harry now T-10th and 15 under after a 3rd round 2 under 70. He's now 6 shots off the lead. Rickie Fowler shot 63 yesterday to take the lead. Rory McIlroy fires a 10 under 62 and sits 2 shots off the lead. Going to take a really low round for Harry to have any shot at his 1st win, but he's playing well and can hopefully earn a top 10 finish

Harry finishes another strong week in Vegas, shooting a 5 under 67 today to finish T-9th at 20 under, 5 shots behind Rory McIlroy who played this weekend 16 under to get the win. Harry earned $243,750 for his effort after earning $46,944 at the Shriners last week. Pretty good couple of weeks in Vegas.

Harry finishes plus 2 and T-39th at the Zozo in Japan. At least he earns a check for $40,397 to help pay for that trip.

Kelly Kraft made the trip to Mexico to play the Mayakoba. His one under 1st round has him T-79th and at risk of coming home early. Already 9 shots back

Kelly withdrew from the event in Mexico but I haven't seen why. He's struggled with foot, hip and neck injuries and I have to wonder if he will ever be healthy/strong enough to navigate the grind that is the PGA Tour.

Both Harry & Kelly are playing in Houston this week. Kelly played the morning round and finished 2 under so hopefully he is reasonably healthy. Harry bogeyed his 1st hole (522 yd par 4) so not off to a great start playing the afternoon round

Harry got his 2nd round in and sits at minus one which should make the cut. Kelly is at minus 5 through 16 holes, 5 shots off the lead as play suspended before half the field could finish

Tough conditions today sent scores higher. Kelly sits at minus 3 and only 4 shots off the lead, currently T-14th. Harry at plus 2 is T-50th
