My apologies to him. I didn't realize he was at SMU as long as he was. I just wasn't following closely enough in those years to know who he was. Actually had more important things going on in my life at the time. Looks like a guy who has worked hard to get an opportunity to play with the big boys.

Higgs, Kraft and Smotherman all playing the American Express event in CA this week. Harry at minus 6, Kelly minus 1 and Austin plus 4 after 1st round. Leaders at minus 10

Smotherman finishing strong at the Farmers and is now at minus 11 only 4 shots back. Should earn a really nice check for his play this week

Austin with a 31 on the back to finish T10 currently...birded half of the holes coming in after a bogey / bogey start. Kid has a graceful swing.
