Harry continues playing well and fires a 6 under opening round at The Farmers Open at Torrey Pines, just 2 shots off the lead. Austin with a 3 over and Kelly with an 8 over opening round are looking like cut victims again this week.

Harry blows up to a 5 over 2nd round but makes the cut at one under and is T-36th while Austin misses the cut by a shot and Kelly finishes tied for dead last at plus 12 for 36 holes

Don’t see many future Payne’s in this current group….Austin and Higgs are the gag brothers.

Double bogeys at 15 & 17 drop Harry to a plus 2 finish, currently T-43rd with several guys still on the course

Harry finishes T-44th good for $25,578 for his week

Harry continues playing well and after 36 holes is at minus 6, T-12th and only 3 shots off the lead. His one under 2nd round featured and eagle and 3 birdies to offset 4 bogeys. Kelly at plus 5 and Austin at plus 9 are T-140th and 149th, respectively. Austin's 9 over 81 today featured 2 double bogeys, 8 bogeys and 3 birdies...talk about an adventure in golf! Austin's round was the worst of the day but you have to give him credit for finishing and turning in that card when 3 others took the WD. They played in brutal weather with 25 mph winds. Not fun

Harry wasn't able to finish his 3rd round but sits at minus 7, T-11th and 5 shots off the lead. Kelly was minus 3 thru 8 holes today and is at plus 2, T-101st was plus one thru 8 holes, plus 10 for the week and T-144th with 149 golfers still competing

So true- our closet player to Payne was Bryson DeC and he is now ignored as he went to the LIV.

Play resumes today at Pebble but Harry was plus one thru 16 holes yesterday to drop to minus 4 for the week and is currently T-44th

Higgs has dropped 20 spots in this final round...doing what he does best, spending cash. On the bright side, Mac Meisseir (sp?), lost in a playoff on the Korn Ferry Tour to finish T-2.

Harry's final round scoring average of 71.5 is well above his 1st round and 3rd round averages, by several strokes. I sort of feel like the guy is not in great shape, at least not in Tour shape, ala, just about every cat our there. Does that catch up with him come SUN? Smotherman is simply young and learning, Kraft has been injured, here comes Goodwin and Mac from Korn Ferry...Higgs has the game, but can he sustain it?

Harry dropped all the way to T-48th earning $22,81 which puts him at # 118 on the money list for the season with $258,007. Let's see how he plays at the Waste Management event in Scottsdale this week. Seems to be his kind of environment

Meissner has done well on the Korn Ferry and it currently 5th in points having earned $95,230 while Noah Goodwin is learning how hard it is to make a living playing professional golf. He missed another cut and has earned $5,588 so far

Goodwin won twice on the Canadian Tour in ‘22, so I think he is going to be ok…I worry about Kraft and his injury and Higgs with is health as holding those two back…Smotherman still learning and Mac trending…nice to have some dudes back on Tour to cheer for. #JoeHagar

I looked at the LIV schedule and they come to the DC area in late May. So, I may go out there to cheer on BD.
