Noah's final round 68 had him finish 4 under for the week and T-14th, by far the best effort of any former SMU golfer and earned a fully exempt status on the Korn Ferry Tour for 2024. I think Harry's T-45th finish gives him conditional status on the Korn Ferry and he will be fully exempt for the PGA Tour Americas if he wants to travel internationally to play for purses under $250k. He's still a fan favorite so might still be able to get some sponsor's exemptions?

Really think Harry needs to address his conditioning a bit - carrying an extra 20 probably doesn't lead to stellar play holes 37-72? Austin must have "walked off" the course after a trip on 14 - not a good look. I guess our "next up" guy is Noah? Let's see if he has what it takes, ie: sustainability.

Higgs, Kraft, and Smotherman are all fully exempt for the Korn Ferry Tour as they are dropping down from PGA Tour exempt status. Noah Goodwin scored well enough to earn exemption on the Korn Ferry Tour as well. Kraft and Smotherman withdrew when they realized they were not in position to retain their status so a WD didn't cost them anything. Not a bad look. Why waste your time for no benefit?

Kraft WD'd, Smotherman walked off the course, 2/3rds through his final round...Kraft understandable, Austin needs to man up.

The rain delayed final round may have been a factor as well. This time of year guys have plans in addition to their golf schedules

So, no Mustangs on the main tour next year?

Not unless they get sponsors exemptions.

I thought that Mac Meisser was moving up from the KF tour this coming year.

Mac top 20 Korn Ferry - “fully” exempt-on PGA Tour in 24….Goodwin to get 12 KF starts, Higgs 8…Smotherman stomped off the course so not sure what is status is - CP felt like he had somewhere else to go, seriously?!? Higgs needs to quit the “fan favorite” routine and work on his game, or he is our next Colt Knost. #PonyUP!

I forgot about him. It's great that we are producing so many pro golfers that I have a hard time keeping up with all of them. Hopefully they can all have much better 2024 seasons so we have several to cheer on at the PGA Tour level rather than the Korn Ferry Tour. At least we do have one PGA Tour pro.

No, Higgs, Kraft, and Smotherman are fully exempt on the Korn Ferry Tour. That's why Kraft and Smotherman withdrew. Once they had no shot at top 5 they had nothing to gain. That's why I insist your criticism of Smotherman is totally out of line.

You finish your round, dude. Understand Kraft, Austin, not so much.
