It's such BS... I hope he wins and they are forced to give him air time. I watched the entire "key plays" package from YouTube TV as he climbed the leader board and they showed nothing. GO BAD!

It’s not a LIV snub. He hasn’t been very good lately and LIV just doesn’t resonate with most fans. That said, I hope he goes on a roll and wins the tournament. I own a bunch of his rookie cards so I’d love to have him back in the spotlight.

Bryson was page one above the fold in the Sports section of today's Washington Post:

Brooks could easily shoot even to a couple over today. This course is very punishing when out of position. Should be a interesting day to see of Bryson can go low with a 69 to 67 and make noise. Gonna be very difficult.

I started watching the PGA on the last day when Koepka was on the 4th hole. Seemed like the CBS announcers were accommodating toward him and forced to tolerate and follow him because he was in the lead. Seemed like network really did not want to give time to the LIV guys. They were laudatory for Hovland who was their darling and were openly rooting for Sheffler to make a run Although their TV leader screen showed DeChambeau, they seldom gave him any TV time and were critical when he got 10 seconds of camera and a birdie miss on roughly the 15 hole indicating he was having a terrible day despite shooting a 70. Even the PGA listings have him as tied for 4th, but list him last of the 4th place guys. Seem very clear to me that CBS was very discriminating and border line always negative toward the 3 LIV guys who finished in the top 10 and most notably Bryson.

I agree with most of your post Pocono, and too was frustrated with his lack of coverage at times he was close to the lead. However, please note that when players are tied on the leaderboard, they are listed in order of their position on the course. The closest to finish is listed first, next closest second, etc. So where he was listed was determined by those with whom he was tied. Since most of those with whom he was tied were ahead of him he would be the last listed.

Live and learn. I was not aware of the listing protocol.

I watched and/or recorded all days of the tourney. I, like many was put off by the apparent slights and digs at the LIV players. How humorous that they did so well in spite of the non-welcoming crowd. Congrats to Brooksie and also Bryson. Plus Phil made his mark.

Curious-- He skipped his senior year, and still got his degree in '16? There seems to be a lot of 'he majored' 'he studied' but did he graduate?

I thought Bryson earned a B.S. in Physics at SMU? As I recall, he left school ahead of his final season because the golf program was on probation and he wasn't going to be allowed to defend his title.

Meanwhile, Austin Smotherman is in the hunt at the Schwab in Ft Worth. He's dropped to 1 under after struggling on his front nine today but still played the front one shot better than he did in his opening round 3 under yesterday. Hopefully can repeat the 29 he had on the back nine yesterday.

Harry will finish near the bottom but through 27 holes is 5 shots better than Michael Block who had to be fatigued after his week at the PGA
