Whataburger in Phoenix? I hope they know how lucky they are to have that Texas Treasure.

Whataburger is in 10 states these days.

I have to go to Albuquerque from Santa Fe to get my Whataburger fix. Otherwise Blake's is my burger of choice in Santa Fe.

Sucks that Bert's is no more.

Yeah, RIP Bert's. Rumor has it that the Shake Foundation owner is going to turn it into a taco stand. Shake's burgers are good, but they are tiny and pricey.

Is that where they have the Zulu Warrior burger?

No Zulu burger but they do have a Big Kahuna and they have this marshmallow dipping sauce for your sweet potato fries that is ridiculous.

Got taken to a place I'd never heard of the other day: Blatt Beer and Table (75 and Walnut Hill). My friend suggested it after reading a favorable review.

For a place to grab a drink, it's fine. Some really good beer choices, big TVs, etc.

But the burger was awful — completely void of flavor. The bun was either greased or buttered to the point that it got soggy, and it's not good when the bun has more flavor than the burger itself. They somehow manage to find white cheddar cheese that is so mild that it adds nothing to the meal except cost. To top it all off, the fores were terrible, too, completely overcooked and covered in more salt than any other fries I can think of.

Now I want to know who wrote the positive review of the place, because this burger was terrible.
