But, but, but, but ... we talk politics on Killer Frogs!

Could it be: when one of your most famous alumnus', who is also one of the biggest scum-bags in the business world, is the mastermind in one the largest, no the largest, business-scandals in American history is involved, you decide not to discuss politics? Noooo, never.

Wahhh!

Actually, no, political discussions are deleted all the time from this site.
Talk about whatever you like on Killer Frogs.
This is not a political site, nor will it be.
Thank you for understanding.

All kidding aside, while I know that these two hurt a lot of people and caused a great deal of financial pain, this is a tragedy for all concerned and hopefully their disgrace will be used to show others that a reputation for honesty and integrity are important things to lose. Many disgraced former executives have come back from prison and gone on to really live successful and great lives. Let's pray that they can as well. This tragedy should not be a cause for smack, because each one of us has less than a perfect life. You can close this thread down now, PP.

Why is discussing Enron a political thread? I never read the thread, so maybe someone turned it political, but it shouldn't be.

Are we going to allow any posts if SMU gets the Bush library? That will be 10000000% more of a political discussion than Enron.

We started talking about Al Gore/internet inventing/global warning fears, etc. I predicted it would get it shut down and it did. This statement right here will probably end this one also.

Actually, we were last ranked in the top 10 in 1984, if my memory serves me correctly. Unless the laws of mathematics have changed, that's within the last 25 years.

I recall that the little froggies were busted and placed on probation by the NCAA in the mid-80s for paying their players.

Pot, meet kettle.
