Very proud meadows music alum here, but a list without Julliard, NEC, Indiana, CCM, UNT, etc. should raise a few eyebrows.

Agree but it appears this list is more of top universities with a top music program:

Editor’s Note: College Factual bases college rankings by major on a unique selection of characteristics, including the quality of the overall school, Focus Coefficient and the starting and mid-career salaries of graduates within the major, among other factors.

Yeah we went through this when it was originally published. It's a list of the best music educations at "normal" schools. Great pub for Meadows.

Well my music degree prepared me well for owning a bar. Thanks, SMU.

When I was in B-school, I became very skeptical of rankings after another school was called out for having an inadequate library. Although the University had a great library system, our B-school didn't have ANY LIBRARY and nothing like the BIC that Cox had when I was an undergrad.

The BIC was and is fantastic. Was recently upgraded...stopped by there before one of the football games last year and was wowed by the renovations.
