Maybe it's people who became billionaires on their own and not via inheritance for a huge percentage of their wealth?

They only considered the top 400 wealthiest individuals.

As part of Forbes’ annual, outcomes-based ranking of the top 660 colleges in America, we looked at how many billionaires a school has produced (measured by the undergraduate alma maters of the nation’s 400 wealthiest individuals).

Correct. For example, I am not one of the top 400 billionaires so I am not included.

First thing to do in the morning would be to check the Obituaries. On second thought if I was the 401st richest person I probably wouldn't wake up until the afternoon

Well if I check the obits, I know I will most likely never see Zuckerberg's name, being that it seems people die alphabetically.
