Yes. The Indigent Protection Facility. They started that on my behalf to save me from the wrath of the rich people for my presence.

A couple of years after that photo we discovered water and dirt and were able to do fountains and hills.

Cool picture - would be fun to see an overlay of that perspective today.

And, there's a clear indicator as to why the Cox School basement would always flood first during a deluge...before the drainage system in that area was finally expanded a few years ago.

Gives a whole new meaning to draining our Cox.
