'68 - '72. We would go for a bread tour late at night and got free hot bread with lots of butter after the tour

I believe that is a photo of the one in Fort Worth, but yes the tours at the one by SMU were great.

A few of us went so often they would just take us directly to the finished bread to eat.

Put out a really nice smell on the south end of campus when the wind direction was just right

Sure did. If you weren't hungry when you left your dorm for dinner, you were starving by the time you got to the cafeteria because of the smell. The bread wasn't particularly good, but the smell ... mmm.

Also, the tennis center looks a lot better than that place.
