QB TBD

Postby ponyfan777 » Thu Dec 27, 2018 5:50 pm

Is the starting QB for the 2019 Ponies, even on this team yet? Do we land another transfer? Maybe we strike gold starting this unknown QB.

Go Ponies!

Did Sonny recruit those QBs at Cal?
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Either the UT or ND transfers would be great.

The remainder of the recruiting cycle and spring ball will definitely be interesting and bear watching.

I will feel a lot better about our 2019 offense if we can get the QB position settled.

Put me in the Will Brown camp. If we don't get that Shane guy from UT.

I can rally around Will Brown. Saw a lot of up side this year. In my mind. If we stuck with him. We would have been bowling.

Eat and Lift Will Brown.

While I am uncertain about Brown, I don't think Shane would be available next year even if he chose SMU. Doesn't he have to sit a year?

He is going to graduate early and then transfer as a GT. Just like Gilbert.

Maybe we can get his dad to play third base for us.

They are both entered in the portal. Unfortunately, they will need to sit out next year.

The pirate picked up Minshew as a graduate transfer QB this year at WSU. PAC12 player of the year, fifth in Heisman voting. Hope Sonny has that kind of eye, patch or no patch.
