yes, I am sure fans at Bama, Ohio St. and a couple of other majors enter expecting to win.

The post was really for SMU fans that have pretty much never been able to have expectations since the early 80’s.

TBH, I just see us winning our home games and getting to 6-6. I have a terrible feeling about opening at Ark. St., which is sad for many reasons.

Isn't this the year we are supposed to shock TCU? Seems to be a schedule for that.

BTW - I love the new TCU shirts - and they come in size 3XL which is helpful for their HC:

As long as we stay away from pick sixes, we should be better this year.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

bump...Ponies go bowling if we finish 2-5 which would now be a huge disappointment. Was hopeful this could be the year we surprise and so far, so good!

We go bowling if we beat Tulsa and win one more game. Limping in at 1-5 isn't an attention getter but with the AAC tie ins, we go bowling. Best to finish much better.

Major disappointment of that happens

I’ve been trying not to get too excited, and remember it is still a possibility SMU loses 5 games.
