From phillyvoice.com:

Sixers will sign guard Shake Milton to four-year contract

Two-way player Shake Milton is signing a four-year contract with the Sixers, a source told PhillyVoice on Tuesday evening.

Milton's contract will fit within the $2.2 million of cap space the Sixers had left to them in free agency, a source said, though exact terms of the deal are still unknown at this time.

Looks like Shake has been playing PG for Philly's summer league team and while he's had 13 assists in 2 games, he's turned it over 6 times and shot horribly (4-29). Hope it works out for him.

It was mostly precautionary. He was leading the team in scoring when he was pulled.
