Outside of the FCS game, it seems Temple really struggles offensively. Defensively, they have some spectacular things especially if anyone was watching them against Maryland. My hope is that we come out with an aggressive offense unlike the Tulsa game. I will be curious to see how they do against Memphis which of course I will root for Memphis to keep the top teams getting votes with us.

Like Tulsa, I think this game is going to be a grinder. When we have the score prediction thread, I'm going to assume 31-20 SMU.

I fear any team that has a second string QB starting against SMU...might as well anoint the guy an All American before the kickoff.

Totally agree. I don't know much about Temple, and I hope they go to 30 overtimes with Memphis.

But my biggest fear would be to lose to ECU. I have not yet let Navy creep into my fears but they will get there I am sure.

Look forward to watching Temple vs. Memphis this weekend. Get a good luck at our next opponents.

But I'm not sold on Temple yet - I'm betting Memphis rolls over them.

I bet Memphis wins and covers, probably something like 27-17. Temple's D is tough and even against Memphis don't see them giving up a ton of points. There O is anemic, but this game will give us the best view of them IMO and good film to study in preparing for them. Can't wait for the 19th.
