OT: First Responder Bowl

Either team practicing at SMU? Anyone from the board plan on attending? What's a realistic projection for the crowd size Monday?

I'm going and rooting for WKU since they're CUSA and Coach Tyson Helton is a former UH QB. Big 12 is slotted for a spot here but didn't have enough bowl eligible teams.

Guessing 10K fans but there's a big push to give out free tickets to first responders through donations.

All endzone seats are GA for $15.

Oddly, I heard that Memphis/PSU worked out at Richardson high schools. I'd guess that neither First Responder team would be allowed to work out at SMU all week. OK State worked out at UH and A&M worked out at the Texans facility for the Texas Bowl. I believe that was part of the bowl arranged training facilities.

Our facilities are too amazing to allow one team to use them but not the other.

Wait, they didn't bother to paint the end zones?

No kids allowed to roll down the south end zone.

East side lower bowl attendance feels like UNT game. WMU side is like East Carolina game except both full bands are here.
