What is the status of Richard Moore? Did not see him on the depth chart.
If healthy, he is a terrific player.

Does anyone have any actual information on Richard Moore’s status? And, by actual information, I mean something other than the cryptic: “not practicing,” “out for reasons other than last year’s injury,” “not ready to go.”

I find it so curious that arguably the best player on defense last year - who’s return to SMU football was celebrated through news reports in May - has not returned and his absence has received zero coverage beyond the cryptic references to him not playing.

He is on the roster, so he's still on the team.

SMU is pretty diligent about silently removing players from the roster when they are no longer with the team for whatever reason.

If Mr. Moore were ever to make a surprise reappearance, this coming Saturday sure would be helpful.

Absolutely. That would be a huge boost, but I'm not holding my breath.

What's happened to Stallion - he was always very passionate in his views.
