First of all, I must say that this is a GREAT site! I just found it through EveryFootballLink.com.

I've been a fan of SMU football in the early 80's, when my father would take me to Texas Stadium to see Eric Dickerson and Craig James. While all my friends were fans of A&M and UT, I held fast through the dark times in 1987 and 1988, but was there (at Ownby) when Mike Romo threw the pass to beat UConn for the miracle on Mockingbird).

Needless to say, I'm a fan for life!!!!!
