SMU-HAWAII UPDATES

Postby Webmaster » Fri Feb 16, 2001 2:51 am

Halftime
Hawaii-42
SMU-33

Sasser, Hancock and Ross all took their turn having scoring streaks. Sasser scored a quick 7, Ross a quick 8, and Hancock tallied a quick 10.

Hawaii shot percentage is high as SMU has struggled at time with shooting and turnovers.

Hawaii also is out rebounding SMU.

Hawaii's lead stretched into the double digits at one point, but SMU rallied back to a 3 point deficit. But an iffy foul which lead to a 3 point play by Hawaii took the Ponies' momentum away.

Hawaii shooting lights out...sounds like our D isn't playing up to caliber.
