Re: Donald Massey?

So why don't we save a ship for Massey. If he gets his test scores then we award it to him in August just like we did Donaldson. If he doesn't get the score stick him in JC and give it to a deserving walkon like Pointer.

Seems like some of his lack of desire for SMU may have stemed from his ...

Re: RB to transfer to UTEP

Guess we beter get used to it as they may very well be joining C-USA. By the way Palmer was hurt when they beat us last year and did not play

Re: RB to transfer to UTEP

Put this kid in the same backfield as the QB Jordan Palmer (Carson's little brother) and you have the makings of a pretty good offense, as long as Price can get some linemen to block.

Re: c-usa expansion

Miami is a good prospect and is probably concerned about the long term viability of the MAC with several schools possibly dropping to 1-AA with the new attendance rules. That very reason is why Toledo has suddenly entered the picture in a strong way. It has also been reported that UTEP has quietly ...

Re: c-usa expansion

One of these 5 will get the bid. Temple, Toledo, Miami of Ohio, La Tech, or UTEP, and I would not be suprised if the decision has not allready been made.

Sounds like Burns needs to be on a plane to Cincy with Bennett & Vinklarek today!

Re: Cincy Revokes All Scholarship Offers

From the looks of things Cincy doesn't have much of a class this year. They do have an OL verbaled who is 6-7 360 lbs. Only problem is he runs a 6.19 40. Kind of makes our class look really good so far.

Re: Cincy Revokes All Scholarship Offers

They tend to recruit the coal mines, and jails. But I agree if by chance they have got a kid who actually has some brains we should get the coaches up there pronto! Especially if they have any DT's or OL's.

What about the two OL wholost their offers from Kansas? Could we snag one or both? Also what about the OL from Desoto who we offered any word on him?

Re: Massey Is Seriously Delusional

If he has grade and test score problems and still wants to come play with his brother lets just hold a ship for him, and try to get another recruit to grey shirt. If he can't get the grades and scores send him to JC and give the ship to the grey shirt.

Re: Where's the beef?

It is my understanding that Hall has allready comitted to play with his brother. Shavers would be a good pickup as well.

Actually I think we are in fairly good shape as far as interior linemen go as long as the players recruited in the last couple of year pan out. We are two deep on both sides ...

Re: "TCU and Boise State headed to Mountain West" ...

Sounds really logical to me T. UNLV, SDSU, and UNM are the red headed step children of that league, and TCU will fall into that category as well if they elect to move west.

Re: "TCU and Boise State headed to Mountain West" ...

Right you are Stallion!! It takes six votes I believe, and the gang of 5 are rumored to support Boise while the other 3 want TCU. To be honest, I really don't see how they will ever get a consensus in that league. The gang of 5 wants to control everything, and does not want to see their power ...

Speaking from personal experience, the rehab is very difficult, and painful. I would not look for him to contribute much next year.
