Stanford used to have free tuition exchange with the Ivy League, but they dropped it because many more kids were coming from the Ivies than going there. Then they changed it to half of Stanford tuition wherever you go as so many did not get into Stanford.

They didn't enclose they built a new smaller stadium in nine months without the track surrounding it. But a lot less friendly environment as they locked up the stadium between games as previously it was open, and people would walk or run the steps.
