Gilbert, not a small or slow QB, got killed with our smaller, inexperience Oline the first half of his first year at SMU. Yet, Gilbert was a great fit once the Oline got its act together and Gilbert learned the system. Sometimes great athletes can adjust to the system.

From everything I've seen it looks like burch am is the guy. It will be tough to bench him after Baylor, because they look legit, and if Burcham plays somewhat okay he's starting going into game two.
