I think we need to start 2 big men. Jarrey is not a natural 4 and we can play the 1 big and 4 guard set but it's tough to do that against big elite teams. And Gu isn't consistent enough to be a starter. He is good off the bench but shouldn't start.

One grad transfer is a must. I would love two. I don't think we'd take a second one just for the sake of taking one, but I think we have so many good guards, I'd hate to waste such a good group due to lack of quality or ready big men.
