Question is, WaterPony and all, which sport would you pick to be our "model" sport? Let's also say we have the opportunity to get baseball....Which one would it be for everyone? Baseball? Football? Basketball? I love, love football, but my sport is basketball.....

Bennett has a very awkward (sloppy positioning) shot from what I saw during the Navy game. It is not a good fundamental style for a two or three position shooter. To be a consistently dangerous shooter you need to have a good fundamental jumpshot with a straight veritcal jumps, not a leaning jumper ...

The only thing I disagree with, Cheasesteak, is the decal point. I actually think that isn't a real problem and I have seen more cars than one would think with "SMU" decals and such....

Isham might be the most athletic on the court, but the worst shooter....

Nevada played up to their level. They stumbled a little in the WAC and certainly didn't play like this. Very good to see - If they play like that, they could beat GT possibly. They have everyone back except for Okeson. Watch out.

Welcome to the board, glad to have you here. Unfortunately I wasn't around in the 60's and I missed all of that. But I would have taken the "troubles" of '69 over last years fiasco any day of the week.

I will not argue the mans recruiting ties and resume. But I have a question about his coaching ability. I am not "questioning it" but I am asking a question about it. From what I saw last night against Rice, I think he is a year away from being ready. If he played like he did last night every night, that would be a different story. But he still needs another year, I think, to make it.

I think we need him on the field. We definitely need any big, talented men on the field.
