I could see why you'd say that. He wasn't spectacular at SMU. To be honest, BLM really struggled te first half of the season his first year at EWU. And I'd say just above average until the last couple of games of that year. He ...

Agreed. If he can get healed up, I think he has a chance to make a big impact in the Big Sky. It will be hard to replace Bo Levi. So interesting how things come full circle sometimes.

He's eligible (subject to being medically verified) because the "injury" occurred about 4 days BEFORE the 7th game, he didn't play in the second half of the season and he didn't play in more than 30% of the regular season games.

I would have thought that the probability of getting that medical RS ...

he may have 2 years left if he is given a medical redshirt for this year. His back "injury" was a bit suspicious and I think all along they were planning on seeking the extra year.

He's a good one for sure. Got a girlfriend at TCU though, so not sure how keen he is on moving to EWU.

Just out of curiosity, how many years of eligibility does Padron have left since he missed most of this year to injury? Is it just one? If he seems better suited to run a pro-style offense, EWU sure does seem like a good fit for him.
