Why don't Aggies count sheep to help them fall asleep?
They kept having wet dreams.

4 FGs and a TD
2 FGs, a TD, and a TD w/missed XP
2 TDs, FG, and safety
Not really that difficult to achieve, especially for a team with a bad red zone offense.

Re: Position change
Why not? SMU converted a LB into an all-conference, school-record-breaking RB and a discus thrower into an NFL-caliber talent and kick-blocking machine.

Re: Ugliest Uniform Look Since Phil Bennett's Disaster
I know this is a beaten thread, but what are thoughts about an all-red uniform (helmet, jersey, pants) alternated with white helmet, blue jerseys and white pants for home games. Alternate red helmet and white helmet (depending on home team) with all-white threads for away. I think completely ...

Re: Game Day Experience - Next Year
I agree that the south zone needs to remain a family friendly zone. Are the fod trucks a hit? I think it's a great idea, and hopefully there will be more with increased attendance.

DL: B
I thought Zach Wood played his best game. I have a hard time grading the NTs, because I still don't really understand the specifics of what they're asked to do. But Wright seemed to be at the bottom of every pile, and when the ILBs get that many tackles, someone in front of them is doing a ...

In this ridiculous scenario, the highest-ranked team in BCS would get the AQ spot. (Maybe Louisville??)
UCF has the best shot to go 8-0. I really don't think SMU is up to the challenge, but I will be there cheering my [deleted] off for the upset.

Players are good, scheme is bad.
Against Cincinnati, we allowed two consecutive runs of 20+ yards at the end of the game. Everyone watching that game knew Cincinnati was going to run, but we had 3 downed linemen, played soft zone and dropped the LBs into coverage. Bad coaching.

Re: I'm drunk & wrote 1,300 words about the SMU football pro
SMU should be to the Methodists what Notre Dame is to the the Catholics, Baylor is to the Baptists and BYU is to the Mormons. Every Methodist player should grow up wanting to play for SMU and every Methodist household should be rooting for it. SMU's games should be mentioned in the weekly church ...

Really? With the exception of the first quarter I thought the game moved along quite well. I think it was a sub 3:30 game.
