We need to have a coach who can develop players. We had a good recruiter as the last coach, but the players often didn't develop. Sasser was a nice player, but he really didn't seem to improve over the years. His freshman and soph years were strong, but he didn't improve much his upperclass years ...

Maybe we should start talking about who all would be willing to come to SMU now that Dement is gone.
