I live in the Phoenix area, so the Fiesta bowl would be great for me!

But honestly, I'd be happy to see the team playing in any new year's day bowl game.

A trip to Dallas for an SMU game should include at least some of these:

The boulevard on gameday

Snuffers cheeseburger and cheddar fries

Campisi's pizza

Bush Library

Live music on Lower Greenville Ave or Deep Ellum

So I've been reading this "Big 12 insider" post; I have to say, I don't quite understand the rancor against froggiefever. I am an alumnus of SMU (freshman year was 79), and I am no fan of TCU. I absolutely agree with going for 2. You have to make a decision at some point to win the game. With a number of players looking like they were hurting, this was as good a time as any. I'm proud of Lashlee for having the guts to do it.

My issue is not that Paul Finebaum, or anyone, for that matter, has an opinion and expresses that opinion regarding whatever, including Chad Morris.
But I think there's a way to express an opinion without being what I thought Paul Finebaum was being, which was pandering and smarmy.

I'm not an apologist for Chad Morris, but I do wonder how many games Paul Finebaum has won as a head coach or offensive coordinator.

Based on everything I read (understanding that much is speculation for speculation's sake), it seems like the PAC and ACC are still likely to be poached. I'm not sure why we would want to be joining the remains of those poached conferences.
