Re: Would you welcome Adam James were he to transfer?

He is not good enough to play for SMU. His dad has been a jerk towards SMU for the last few years. James family about to be credited with bringing down to quality programs. If his name was not James we would not even be having this disucssion- maybe he can walk on at Tarleton State or Austin College.

Re: Steve Orsini interview - cusa-fans.com

Still waiting for one of Orsini's hires to work. Basketball awful, Football TBD. Women's soccer used to be great, now it is terrible and he hired a men's coach from his old school. Men's Soccer TBD.

Hopefully June can bail him out because his record is abysmal, when does he start catching some ...

My favorite was still before the A&M game a few years back when he opened with, not exact words but you get the picture:

"I want to be up front before the start of the game- I hate A&M, I don't like their stupid band or their dumb dog Reville, and there is something wrong with a school that has ...
as long as its not another pseudo SMU great from the modern era of losing I'll be happy.
Swann was first-team ALL-SWC, one of less than a handful after the death penalty on the defense including Chirs Bordano and Chad Patton, those three guys could have played on any SMU ...

Re: Who Replaces The Great Craig Swann?

On a football-related topic, does anyone know who's replacing Swanny on the radio broadcasts? Perhaps Hampton moves up to the booth? Coach Jones' friend Gary Cogill? Anyone else have ideas or a "wish list"?
I honestly didn ...

This is a message board where you can state your opinion. And I don't give a damn if I'm the only one who feels that way.

The more you guys push back and try the old torch and club routine on me, the more dug in I'm going to get about this. I don't ...

Supposedly Bob and Dan is having him on this afternoon at 1:55 on the ticket.

Patton- nitwit? Your opinion is your opinion on whether you like the broadcast or not, you either love him or hate him for obvious reasons. Say he was awful on the air- but nitwit? I know Swann and I will be glad to ...

We need to find someone to step up at the LB position, the '90s were good to us at that spot where we could count on our MLB making 10-15 tackles a game. It's been several years since we have had that to count on.
At least it shows he's a competitor, but I agree, the coaches should make sure he keeps his emotions in check. I did like seeing that he had a short memory, he'd be mad on the sideline but would go back out and perform well.
hopefully it was immaturity, but it's ...

the first thing to fix is his attitude on the field, his effort is great.

I hope I don't have to watch throw his helmet and pout on the sideline any more- the old staff never nipped that in the bud and it went on the entire season

When I was pretending to be a Division 1 football player on the scout team, getting beat up daily by Bordano, Gedwed, and Jason Evans, Coach Schumann, without question, made the most impact on me, and in my opinion, on the team as a whole. of course Applewhite will go back to Texas, so he is in-line for the head job in a few years when Mack steps down.

it's not that hard to figure out, but again it shows how stupid most people are on this board
