Pony Fans,

Baylor fans told us that we would lose 77-3 or something like that in 2004. To their surprise the final score : Baylor 24 Texas State 17
We were in the game until the final 1:43. We started a redshirt freshman QB in his first college game.

That is why you play the game.

Good ...

2004
Colorado vrs. UTEP 27,235

prior years
Texas Tech vrs Navy 51,068
Oklahoma State vrs. Southern Miss 44,687

I have noticed an increase in publicity around Houston. EV1 (Everyones' Internet) has taken over as the sponsor. They seem to have a more aggressive marketing approach.

The Houston Bowl raised the payout from $750,000 to $1,000,000. I was on their site yesterday.

I looked at some of the attendance numbers. Last year attendance was the worst. This is probably the reason behind increasing the payout.

Mustangs355MU.

You guys started it with the "Southland Junior College" remark. What do you expect from our fans when there are constant insults from SMU fans.

We have a good coach and team. David Bailiff (former D Coordinator at TCU) will have our team ready. We expect a winning season this ...

50 ...

MrMustang65 get it right

If you want to talk about Texas State get it right. Junior Colleges don't offer P.H.D.'s. Texas State has 7 P.H.D.'s and a new engineering school.

We are still playoff eligible on probation because the university turned itself in. Texas State did not get probation from recruiting violations. We ...
